Refund and Returns Policy

At TheTricot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/labels intact to qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us at info@thetricot.com or Call/WhatsApp on +92 333 8888 720 within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

3. For returns, send the item back to our warehouse address:
   C-1, 132KV Grid Station, Kahna, Lahore.
   Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

4. Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Products damaged by the customer or by the courier company.
  Note: If your parcel appears damaged or opened upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and request a return.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide instructions for exchanging your product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• First, check your bank account or credit card statement.

• It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
